Mentorship
Mentoring is a means to learn and
improve by utilising the wisdom and experience of those before you. Using the
OSL mentoring programme, you can learn from a more experienced person how to
identify and build components that can help you expand yourself and your
company in uncertain times.
What is a OSL mentoring?
An OSL mentor can assist you in
developing your abilities, making better decisions, and gaining new insights into
your students, staff, and courses. As a mentee, you will benefit from your
mentor's experience in developing aspects of courses which could help with your
time and expense management. We use a block of 20 hours at £45 per hour (£900) to see how it best suits you.
